Homaira Rahman Foundation (HRF) was started by my neighbor Roya in honor of her sister, Homaira, a beautiful spirit who was 
taken from this world far too early. Roya, along with friends and family, founded HRF to support orphans, who are the most vulnerable in their home country of Afghanistan after years of conflict and instability.
